County Sponsors Training Class for Local Planning Boards and Elected Officials
MEXICO -- The Oswego County Department of Planning and Community Development will sponsor a training conference about attracting businesses and residents to suburban areas Wednesday, May 26, from 4 to 5 p.m. The class will be broadcast through a Webcast at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, 3288 Main St., Mexico. The American Planning Association and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy are providing the training.
Registration is $10 per person. Members of zoning boards, boards of appeals, and elected officials are encouraged to participate. People in the audience will be able to submit questions to the speaker by e-mail or fax.
