Youth Bureau Offers 'Assertive Discipline' Parenting Class
OSWEGO - Parents and caregivers can learn how to manage their children's behavior using assertive discipline techniques at a 2-hour workshop Monday, Nov. 8. The class is free and is sponsored by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau. It will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the youth bureau office, 70 Bunner St., Oswego.
Dan Reynolds, youth activities coordinator, will present a step-by-step approach to help parents and caregivers deal with common behavioral problems in children of all ages.
