Youth Bureau Sponsors Free Parenting Class Feb. 7 and 14
OSWEGO - The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau is offering a free parenting class on how to use "time-out" as an effective discipline technique. The program teaches 20 methods, skills and principals for managing the behavior of children 2 to 12, and is based on "SOS Help for Parents" by Lynn Clark, Ph. D.
The program consists of two 2-hour sessions. The class will meet from 9:30 to 11: 30 a.m. Feb. 7 and Feb. 14 at the Youth Bureau office, 70 Bunner St., Oswego.
