County Office for Aging Will Distribute Farm Market Coupon Books

The Oswego County Office for the Aging will distribute coupon booklets that can be used at farmers' markets again this summer. The booklet contains $18 worth of coupons that may be redeemed at any participating farmers' market when purchasing fresh produce.

Booklets may be picked up at the Office for the Aging, 70 Bunner St., Oswego, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Thursday, July 21. Booklets will also be available at the following senior nutrition sites between 10:30 a.m. and noon:

  • Monday, July 25: Hannibal Community Center, Hannibal, and Parish Fire Hall, Parish.
  • Tuesday, July 26: Pontiac Terrace Apartments, Oswego.
  • Wednesday, July 27: Congregational Church, Phoenix, and Presbyterian Church, Mexico.
  • Thursday, July 28: First Universalist Church, Central Square, and Ringgold Fire Department, Pulaski.
  • Friday, July 29: Fulton Municipal Building, Fulton.

People age 60 and over with a maximum monthly income of $1,702 for a one-person household and $2,226 for a two-person household are eligible.
