Local Emergency Planning Group Meets March 9
FULTON - The Oswego County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 8 a.m. Thursday, March 9, at the Oswego County Emergency Management Office, County Branch Office Building, 200 N. Second St., Fulton.
The LEPC helps develop response plans and practice for emergencies involving hazardous materials. The committee is responsible for maintaining Community Right-to-Know records on facilities that use significant quantities of hazardous chemicals.
All LEPC meetings are open to the public. Anyone interested in attending a meeting may contact Emergency Management Director Patricia Egan at 591-9150.
