Area Employers will Answer Questions from Job Seekers at Career Workshop
FULTON – Area employers will talk about what they look for when hiring new employees and answer questions in a panel discussion at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, at the Oswego County Branch Office Building, state Route 481, Fulton.
The workshop, entitled “Employers and You: A Feedback Forum,” is sponsored by the Oswego County Career Connection Center. Human resource directors from Huhtamaki, Constellation Energy, Birds Eye, and other companies will explain their hiring practices and jobs available at their firms.
The Career Connection Center offers services from the county Division of Employment and Training and through the Area Employers will Answer Questions from Job Seekers at Career WorkshopNYS Department of Labor. The center partners with several state and local agencies to help people who are looking for jobs.
“Employers and You: A Feedback Forum” is open to the public, but space is limited. Priority will be given to those who pre-register. For more information or to pre- register, call the Career Connection Center weekdays at 591-9000.
