OCO Celebrates 40 Years
Customers, parents, staff and administrators of Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) Inc. recently gathered in the Legislative Chambers of the County Office Building in Oswego to celebrate Community Action Week and the 40th anniversary of Oswego County Opportunities. Legislature Vice Chairman Greg Osetek, District 15, Oswego, presented a proclamation in honor of the many ways that OCO touches the lives of Oswego County residents.
