William Potter Celebrates 30 Years of Employment with Oswego County
The Oswego County Legislature's Health and Human Services Committee presents a certificate of appreciation to William Potter in honor of 30 years of service to Oswego County. Potter, a resident of Orwell, is a principal welfare examiner in the Department of Social Services.
