Camp Hollis Hosts Harvest Celebration Nov. 9

The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau invites youth and their families to Camp Hollis Thursday, Nov. 9, to celebrate the changing of the seasons.

The free “Hollis Harvest” celebration will include pumpkin hunts, nature hikes, a campfire, games, and refreshments from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Visitors should dress for the outdoors. There will be an indoor warming station with arts and crafts and refreshments. Youth ages 12 and under must have an adult attend the event with them.

Camp Hollis is located at 40 Health Camp Road, off Lakeshore Road in the town of Oswego. The park is owned by Oswego County and operated by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau as a residential camp during the summer months for children who live in Oswego County.
