November is Hospice Month
Joan Sullivan, patient care coordinator for the Oswego County Health Department's Hospice program, receives a proclamation in honor of Hospice Month. Hospice volunteers and staff helped 168 Oswego County residents over the past year. Since the program began in 1989, the local Hospice has served nearly 1,900 terminally ill patients and their families.
