![]() Jan. 26, 2007 Youth Bureau Teaches 'Time Out' Techniques in FebruaryThe Oswego City-County Youth Bureau will teach a free parenting class on how to use “time-out” as an effective discipline technique from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 5 and Feb. 12. The class will be held at the Youth Bureau office, 70 Bunner St., Oswego. The program covers methods and skills for managing the behavior of children and is based on “SOS Help for Parents” by Lynn Clark, Ph. D. Dan Reynolds facilitates the class.
