The Oswego County Department of Public Works has been plowing around the clock to remove the massive amounts of snow that have fallen since Feb. 3. In photos taken Feb. 15, 2007, a snowblower removes snow off the runway at the Oswego County Airport in Volney, and a snowplow clears out a county parking lot.
