Fulton Man Charged with Cocaine Possession
Members of the Oswego County Drug Task Force, in cooperation with the City of Fulton Police Department, arrested Toby R. Pawlewicz, age 24, of 46 Phinney Road, Fulton, at 7:10 p.m. March 28 and charged him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, a B-Felony.
“The arrest results from an investigation whereby information was obtained that Mr. Pawlewicz was involved in the sales and possession of cocaine in and around the City of Fulton,” said Investigator Jack Doyle, Coordinator of the Oswego County Drug Task Force.
Doyle said that a search warrant was executed on Pawlewicz and his vehicle in the City of Fulton. The search resulted in the recovery of 4.8 grams of white powder which tested positive for the presence of cocaine.
Pawlewicz was arraigned before Honorable City Court Judge Spencer Ludington and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center on $5,000 cash bail. Additional investigation and charges are pending in the matter.
The Oswego County Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Oswego County Sheriff's Office and SUNY Oswego Campus Police, with assistance from the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET).
