 April 23, 2007 County Legislature Congratulates National Champion Team
The SUNY Oswego Lakers hockey team, winners of the 2007 National NCAA Division III championship title, were special guests at the April meeting of the Oswego County Legislature. Proclamations were presented to the team and their coaches, head coach Ed Gosek and assistant coach Dan Ford. Legislature Chairman Russ Johnson, Vice Chairman Greg Osetek, and legislators Paul Santore, Leonard Ponzi, Michael Kunzwiler, and Douglas Malone, representing the town and city of Oswego legislative districts, greeted the team.
