Conservation Awareness Day May 19 at Camp Zerbe

The Oswego County Nature Park at Camp Zerbe, located in the town of Williamstown, will host a Conservation Awareness Day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 19. Area youth are invited to spend the day exploring the natural world guided by experts in ornithology, basic map and compass, botany, pond life, entomology, trapping, and other activities. There is no admission charge.

Youth are encouraged to attend as part of an organized youth group such as scouts, church youth clubs, and school science clubs. Overnight facilities are available for chaperoned groups provide their own food, supplies, tents, and gear. Registration limited to 125 people.
