Students Participate in County Government Day

Seventh grade students from throughout Oswego County spent a day with their County Legislator in Oswego at the annual "Government Day" program. The students were selected by their social studies teachers. The County Legislature and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County sponsor the program.





Student guests include, from left, Torrie Jo Edwards, Ryan Montieth, Troy Swarthout, District 1; Mallory Scriber and Samantha Densmore, District 2; Katrina Sheats, District 3; Abby Waldron, Greg Hale, and Chris Mitchell, District 4; Megan Moberg, and Dillon Ransom, District 5. Their legislators are Milferd Potter, District 2; Shawn Doyle, District 3; Barry Leemann, District 4; and James Bryant, District 5.
