![]() July 13, 2007 Free Tennis Lessons for Oswego Youth in July and AugustOSWEGO -- AmeriCorps and the US Tennis Association (USTA) will provide free tennis lessons this summer for students who live in the Oswego City School District. Lessons will take place at the tennis courts next to the Charles E. Riley Elementary School from 11 a.m. to noon on Fridays between July 13 and Aug. 17. The lessons will be taught by two USTA trained AmeriCorps members. All equipment from tennis rackets to tennis balls will be provided, although children are encouraged to bring their own racket if they own one.
