Camp Hollis Has Openings for August Sessions

Camp Hollis, the children's residential camp located in the town of Oswego on Lake Ontario, still has a few openings for children during the final two sessions of the season.

Sessions run from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon and include traditional camp activities such as nature walks, campfires, arts and crafts, sports and swimming. Children are supervised by trained counselors, and receive three nutritious meals and a snack every day. A registered nurse in on the campground at all times.

Campers may still apply for the following weeks:

  • Aug. 5 - 10 for nine- and ten-year-old children.

  • Aug. 12 - 17 is a special week of camp for any children between the ages of nine and twelve.

The camp is owned by Oswego County and operated by the Oswego City-CountyYouth Bureau.
