Toy Train Doctors on Call at Oswego Railroad Museum this Weekend
OSWEGO -- Does that old toy train in the attic need some adjustment or repair?
Members of the Oswego Valley Railroad Association will be on hand this weekend at the Oswego Railroad Museum to help repair toy trains and try to get them running again.
Located at 56 W. First St. between Van Buren and Lake streets, the museum will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 24 and 25.
The museum contains a railroad layout of southern Oswego County during the 1950s, historic model train layouts, and an extensive railroad library. Admission is $1 for ages six to 12, and $2 for adults and children over 12.
For information contact Don Mayer, club president, at 343-2347, or visit the museum's Web site at www.oswegocounty.com/oswegorailroadmuseum.html.
