 December 14, 2007 Tickets for 'Teddy Bear Tea' Make Perfect Christmas GiftOSWEGO - The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau will host the tenth annual Teddy Bear Tea from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 at the D.A. Lodge, 178 W. Third St., Oswego. Children ages two to nine are welcome to attend. Tickets are $12 each and are on sale at the youth bureau office, 70 Bunner St., Oswego. Adults must accompany children. Refreshments, entertainment, face painting, and children's goody bags are included. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
