New members of the Oswego County Legislature took office at the organizational meeting Jan. 3. Legislator Louella LeClair, District 25, Fulton, is sworn in by State Supreme Court Justice Norman Seiter as family members look on. Holding the Bible is LeClair's son, Tech. Sgt.
