![]() February 8, 2008 County Clerk Announces New Road Test Location in Oswego CountyOSWEGO - The state Department of Motor Vehicles will change the test site for driver license tests in the city of Oswego, Oswego County Clerk George Williams announced today. Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 20, all road tests, including cars, motorcycles, and commercial driver licenses, will begin on East Second Street between East Schuyler and Cayuga streets. Cars should face toward East Schuyler Street. Signs will be posted at the new testing site. Williams said the change in location is to prepare for the closing of the NYS Route 104 bridge later this spring.
