 December 5, 2008 Local Emergency Planning Group Meets December 11OSWEGO -- The Oswego County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 8 a.m. Thursday, Dec.11, at the Oswego County Emergency Response Training Center, 720 E. Seneca St., Oswego. The LEPC helps develop response plans for emergencies involving hazardous materials and is responsible for maintaining Community Right-to-Know records on facilities that use significant quantities of hazardous chemicals. All LEPC meetings are open to the public. Anyone interested in attending a meeting may contact Emergency Management Director Patricia Egan at 591-9150.
