 December 12, 2008 Tickets Still Available for Teddy Bear TeaOSWEGO - Tickets are still available for the 11th annual Teddy Bear Tea Sunday, Dec. 28, at the Oswego Elks Lodge. Hosted by the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau and Oswego Harborfest, the celebration for children and their families will take place from noon to 3 p.m. Tickets are $12 per person and include refreshments, gift bags for children, door prizes, music and entertainment, face painting and a visit by the Teddy Bear. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available at the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau, 70 Bunner St., Oswego.
