Volunteers Are Invited to Help Close Camp Hollis for the Season
Camp Hollis is looking for volunteers to help close up the campgrounds for the season on Saturday, Oct. 30. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. staff and volunteers will work on a variety of projects, including cleaning and closing the cabins, storing playground and sports equipment, putting gardens "to bed" for the winter and storing indoor games and supplies.
People of all ages are welcome. Youth younger than 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Participants may come for all or part of the day.
Pre-registration is not required. The event will be held rain or shine and participants should dress for the weather. Hot and cold beverages and snacks will be served throughout the day.
