Oswego County Legislature Holds Annual Elections
Legislator Barry D. Leemann, District 4, was re-elected to his fourth term as Chairman of the Oswego County Legislature at the 2011 organizational meeting. County Legislators also voted to elect Arthur Ospelt, District 12, Pennellville as Vice Chairman and re-elect Theodore Jerrett as Clerk of the Legislature.
State Supreme Court Justice Norman Seiter Jr. administered the oaths of office at the start of the first legislative meeting of the year.
The Legislature's next regular meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, in the Legislative Chambers of the County Office Building at 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego.
