Brookfield Power Lifts Advisory for the Oswego River
OSWEGO -- Brookfield Power has exited the Condition C advisory level for the Oswego River that was declared on April 29.
Brookfield Power officials informed the Oswego County Emergency Management Office that while the advisory condition has been lifted, they continue to urge river users to use caution. "There may still be debris in the river that could be a hazard to boaters and anglers," said Patricia Egan, Director of the Emergency Management Office.
Out of three action levels, a condition C is the lowest impact level for the river."
