FULTON - Members of Oswego County AmeriCorps will host a community restoration project at Fulton's Recreation Park at 2:30 p.m. on Arbor Day, Friday, April 27. Several local businesses and volunteers have supported the project and the public is invited to join in the effort.

"This park is next to G. Ray Bodley High School and is the environment where thousands of kids, our next generation, pass each and every day," said AmeriCorps member and project organizer Jessica Naioti. "We are asking for the community's help in sprucing it up."

The event will feature activity areas for music, face painting, arts and crafts, tree plantings, and food and drinks. Local musicians and artists will participate.
