LEGISLATURE RECOGNIZES WHITE CANE SAFETY DAY - The Oswego County Legislature recognized Tuesday, October 15 as National White Cane Safety Day to promote awareness, education and advocacy for issues that affect individuals with a vision impairment that requires them to carry a white cane. Members of the Oswego County Vision Network and ARISE were at hand to receive the proclamation.
