The Oswego County Legislature's Human Services Committee presents a proclamation to Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) designating November as National Runaway Prevention Month. Each year there are between 1 and 3 million homeless or runaway youths in the United States. Working together, communities can raise awareness about this issue and limit its occurrence by empowering families and providing necessary supports. Pictured from left are Daniel T.
