OSWEGO - The Oswego County Probation Department reports that its computer servers have been fully restored and it is now able to resume service to the public, courts and clients.
The department experienced delays in customer service when it was unable to access information and data critical to day-to-day operations after an unusual power failure at the Public Safety Center on Sept. 5 caused computer servers to go off-line.
Clients are asked to contact their probation officer with any questions or concerns. Members of the public, court officials and other agencies who need assistance may contact the Probation Department at 315-349-3477 and ask to speak with a supervisor.
