SALVATION ARMY LAUNCHES 'RED KETTLE' CAMPAIGN- The Oswego County Legislature joined Lt. Phillip Davies and Major James Purvis of the Salvation Army to kick off the organization's annual"Red Kettle" campaign. This year's goal of $106,000 is needed to maintain services throughout the upcoming year. All money raised will be re-invested into Oswego County communities to provide food and clothing for those in need. The "Red Kettle" campaign begins on Friday, November 14 and continues through Wednesday, December 24; excluding Thanksgiving Day and Sundays.
