CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION IS 'TEAM OSWEGO COUNTY' - Cornell Cooperative Extension Executive Director Paul A. Forestiere II presented the agency's 2014 annual report to the Oswego County Legislature during its December meeting. The report highlights various 4-H, agriculture, nutrition, health and safety programs it sponsors to benefit Oswego County residents. This year, with nearly 12,000 children, Cornell Cooperative Extension marks its highest level of 4-H program participation to date.
