COUNTY PROCLAIMED NOVEMBER AS RUNAWAY PREVENTION MONTH - Oswego County presented a proclamation designating November as Runaway Prevention Month to representatives from local youth services agencies. Citizens can work to raise awareness of this growing issue and help youth by guiding them toward available resources and empowering them to make safe, healthy and productive choices.
