Oswego County Recognized on Bicentennial
OSWEGO - New York State Assemblyman William Barclay and representatives from several U.S. and state offices attended the March meeting of the Oswego County Legislature to recognize the county's bicentennial. They each presented proclamations honoring the county for its rich and colorful heritage.
