COUNTY RECOGNIZES APRIL AS SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH - Oswego County designated April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month to raise awareness about the devastating impact of this issue and the variety of services available to its victims and survivors. Sexual violence impacts the community as a whole and its members must work together to provide prevention education, support for survivors, and a voice against harmful attitudes and actions. The Oswego County Legislature's Human Services Committee presented the proclamation.
