The Oswego County Legislature's Health Committee designated November as Hospice Month at the full meeting of the Legislature. Oswego County Hospice has provided medical, social, and spiritual support to patients and their family members in their homes for nearly 30 years. Across the country, more than 1.5 million people who live with life-limiting illness, along with their families, receive care from a local hospice program. People are encouraged to learn more about their options of care and to share their wishes with family, loved ones, and healthcare professionals.
