HANNIBAL - The Oswego County Transfer Station located at 1167 County Route 7 in Hannibal will re-open Wednesday, Dec. 27.
The facility closed Monday, Nov. 6 for structural repairs. The closure has been extended by an extra week due to a delay in construction.
The Oswego and Volney locations will continue to be open extra days while repairs are being made to the Hannibal facility. The Oswego station at 700 E. Seneca St. is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Bristol Hill station on NYS Route 3 in Volney is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Both facilities operate from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Weigh scales and sticker sales end 30 minutes prior to the close of business.
