On December 09, 2017, the Oswego County Deputies Association honored four of their members at their annual Christmas party, commending them on their outstanding performances throughout the course of the year. Present among the members was Oswego County Sheriff, Reuel Todd, who joined in the association's appreciation of another successful year of its members protecting and serving the many citizens of Oswego County.
The celebration included a brief appreciation speech to the selected deputies as they were announced based upon submission recommendations by their fellow peers and supervisory staff, for not only their actions and duties performed throughout the year but also their dedication to the betterment of not only the association but the Oswego County Sheriff's Office as well.
The 2017 award recipients were then announced to include: Sergeant Timothy Pritchard for the Certificate of Leadership Award; Investigator Andrew Bucher for the Certificate of Exemplary Service Award; Sergeant William Bazzell Jr. for the Certificate of Commendation Award and Deputy Robert Wells for the Certificate of Merit Award. All honorees received an award plaque captioning their performances as well as recognizing them of the same.
On behalf of the Oswego County Deputies Association we would like to thank not only our community for its continued trust and loyalty to the Oswego County Deputies Association and Sheriff's Office but also our members for their hard-work and loyalty to their community every day.
