The Oswego County Personnel Department accepts applications for employment and/or civil service examinations for Oswego County. We administer employee benefit plans, labor relations and civil service regulations for county employees. Also, we are responsible for civil service administration for towns, villages and school districts in Oswego County. Cities of Fulton and Oswego (departments and schools) are excluded.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
