Three New Members Join the Oswego County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff Reuel A. Todd is proud to introduce the newest members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division. Three Deputies, Kyle T. Toth (T/Mexico), Mathew J. Saltalamachia (T/Scriba), and James F. Prior (T/Palermo), each graduated from the Central New York Basic Police Academy held at Onondaga County Community College on March 19, 2008, having completed a 22-week course there and 14 weeks of supervised field training. The Deputies have each received their assignments to the Road Patrol Division and have begun protecting the citizens of Oswego County. Carmen Rojek Promoted to Criminal Investigator
On 1/14/08, Sheriff Reuel A. Todd (l), promoted Officer Carmen G. Rojek to the rank of Criminal Investigator. Inv. Rojek, currently residing in the Town of Oswego, joined the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy on 6/30/97, bringing more than ten years of experience to his new position. Undersheriff Robert J. Lighthall (r) joined Sheriff Todd recently in presenting Inv. Rojek with a Certificate of Promotion.

Robert Moody Promoted to Criminal Investigator
Sheriff Reuel A. Todd (l) and Undersheriff Robert J. Lighthall (r) recently presented a certificate of promotion to Robert D. Moody, Town of Hastings, who achieved the rank of Criminal Investigator with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office-Criminal Investigations Division effective January 1, 2008. Inv. Moody joined the Sheriff’s Office on 9/20/93 as a Correction Officer and was appointed to the position of Patrol Officer on 11/15/99.
