Camp Zerbe has three rare "kettlehole" lakes, created at the end of the last ice age by immense chunks of melting glacier.

The 24-acre Lake Lorraine is the largest of three kettlehole lakes at the park. Lake Lorraine is notable for its steep sides and lack of surface drainage. A small open area offers a panoramic view and access for canoers and anglers.

Ike Allen Pond is more pristine and secluded, with a deep open water area edged by a narrow bog.

Edick Pond, the smallest kettlehole, is a small body of open water, surrounded by a bog.
