The Friendly Call program provides telephone reassurance to seniors who live alone or who may feel isolated and/or vulnerable. Volunteers make regular phone calls to individuals who have requested this service. The calls provide a safety check as well as a social contact. The senior gains reassurance and support knowing that there will be someone calling to see how they are doing.
