The Gardens provides an active living community and promotes independence while offering the support services necessary to assist individuals with health care needs. It offers a wellness center with access to exercise equipment and therapy staff, many areas for leisure, family and personal visits, socialization and formal activities.

The Gardens has home health aides and LPNs around the clock to assure that care and support for residents is always available. The Gardens also offers help with medication management, therapeutic diets, oxygen and diabetic management support.

St. Francis Commons assisted living residence is located on the St. Luke healthcare campus in the City of Oswego, accommodating 60 individuals in both private and shared-private rooms. St. Francis Commons provides supportive housing and home care services to individuals who are medically eligible for placement in a nursing facility but whose needs can be met in a less restrictive and lower cost residential setting.

Springside is a retirement community for adults age 62 and older. Springside's congregate apartments and duplexes are located in a community setting. Springside’s congregate building includes 44 one and two-bedroom apartments designed to simplify day-to-day living, with no stairs to climb. There are variety of common areas, including a multi-purpose activity room, a wellness center, library, Florida room, coin-free laundry rooms and guestrooms.

Long-term care at The Manor at Seneca Hill emphasizes the importance of a caring environment and quality of life. Individualized care plans for each resident are developed by professional staff and regularly reviewed by interdisciplinary teams. Board certified medical practitioners, including physicians and a full-time nurse practitioner, offer excellent medical care. Skilled, compassionate nurses care for residents. Nurses regularly take part in training to advance skills and update knowledge.

The short-term rehabilitation program at The Manor has been designed for the person who has been discharged from the hospital but requires additional short-term skilled nursing or rehabilitation before returning home. Individuals needing special attention following surgery, accident, stroke, hip or knee replacement, or needing rehabilitation after a fall, can be cared for in the comfort of our transitional care site. Short-term rehab can last anywhere from one week or longer, depending on the individual’s needs and goals.

Morningstar Residential Care Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. It is a private, family owned facility. The short-term rehabilitation program at Morningstar provides up to 7 days a week of physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy. The therapy department provides individualized physical, occupational and speech therapy treatment plans for an array of client needs, from post orthopedic surgery to medically complex rehabilitative services for cardio/pulmonary conditions and post CVAs.

St. Luke offers residents 92 private and 52 semi-private rooms. St. Luke has an experienced team of professionals that includes physicians, nurses, dietitians, rehabilitation therapists, social services specialists and an activities coordinator.

St. Luke short-stay is a comprehensive sub-acute rehab program which returns individuals to the community following an illness, accident or elective surgery. Therapy is provided up to seven days a week with the goal of returning residents to their home environment quickly and safely. Patients can pre-book a room in advance of an elective surgery by contacting the admission coordinator.
