- 239 Review: 239 Review is a process that requires municipalities to get official comments and recommendations from the county for certain land use decisions. A 239 Review is only required for specific actions that are in proximity to specific properties. Please refer to the 239 Review page for more information.
- Mapping and GIS Services: We have the latest GIS software and are able to assist with mapping projects.
- Technical Assistance: We are able to offer assistance to municipalities regarding technical issues of planning and community development projects and programs. This includes helping municipalities with grant applications and projects.
- Training & Education: Training and educational resources for municipal officials will be posted to the web page on an ongoing basis. Periodically we will also offer in-person training hosted by this department or by an outside entity (e.g. NYSDOS or APA).
