50 Years of Service
April 26, 2014 was a day set aside to honor two members of the Constantia Volunteer Fire Department for dedicating 50 years of service to the fire department and their community.Honored wereTerry D. LaVigne (front, right) serving as past Firefighter, President, Chief, and Fire Commissioner, and John R. Metzger (front, left) who had served as Firefighter, Assistant Chief, Chief, and Fire Commissioner. Included in the many presentations made to each of the volunteers, was Criminal Investigator James R. Johnson, II, (right, rear) who presented each of the men with a Certificate and Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the Oswego County Sheriff's Office. Timothy L. Pritchard was promoted to the rank of Patrol Officer-Sergeant effective August 26, 2013 by Sheriff Reuel A. Todd. Sgt. Pritchard has been a member of the Road Patrol Division at the Oswego County Sheriff's Office since his initial appointment as a Deputy on May 27, 2008. Above, Sgt.
