Technical Difficulties with COVID-19 Self-Reporting Online Portal Now Resolved
The technical difficulties experienced by the Oswego County Health Department online portal for self-reporting positive at-home COVID-19 tests have now been resolved.
People should continue to self-report positive at-home COVID-19 tests to the online portal on the health department’s website by visiting https://health.oswegocounty.com/COVID-19. Isolation orders, which may be used to obtain New York’s COVID-19 paid sick leave or isolation release once isolation is finished, are sent via email after the submission is completed.
