Navigating Services For Adults

The division offers assistance with navigating a system of services for meeting the needs related to mental health, substance abuse, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. The division assists community members and provider partners with service information, access information, and advocacy.

The Division of Mental Hygiene also serves as a Single Point of Access (SPOA) for the following services available to adults with a serious mental illness residing within Oswego County :
  •      Adult non-Medicaid care management
  •      Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
  •      Planned respite
  •       Vocational Fee for Service
