The Division of Mental Hygiene also serves as a Single Point of Access (SPOA) for the following services available to adults with a serious mental illness residing within Oswego County :
- Adult non-Medicaid care management
- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
- Planned respite
- Vocational Fee for Service
