The Division of Mental Hygiene also serves as a Single Point of Access (SPOA) for the following services available to children and youth with a serious emotional disorder and their families residing within Oswego County :
- Children and youth non-Medicaid care management
- Non-Medicaid Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS)
- Planned respite
- Community residential services
- Residential treatment facilities

A transportation service for children and youth with a serious emotional disorder is also available to assist with participating in needed services. Contact the division at 315-963-5361 to inquire or download the MH transportation application.
