This morning, after further investigation, Marcus M Miller, 38, of Oswego, NY, was arrested for Attempted Murder in the second degree.  This charge is from the incident that occurred during the late hours of June 11^th or early hours of June 12^th in the Town of Oswego where Miller stabbed his victim five times in the body and two times in the neck.

Miller was previously arrested for Robbery in the first degree, Assault in the second degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree and was bonded out of Oswego County jail on June 18^th. 

Miller is being held pending arraignment in Oswego County CAP Court.
